Andrew della Casa
Andrew della Casa is a Director at The Wine Investment Fund
An Oxford University law graduate with over 30 years in the financial sector, Andrew joined Deloitte Haskins & Sells prior to moving to Samuel Montagu and later to Midland Montagu, where he held increasingly senior roles in banking, capital markets and investment management.
In 1993 Andrew established the European investment management arm of American Phoenix prior to founding Alladdin in 1997 (a digital payment processing provider). Andrew is an adviser and investor in agribusinesses in Latin America and holds or has held directorships in a number of investment funds and European pension fund and fund management companies.
Andrew co-founded The Wine Investment Fund in 2003, The Wine Enterprise Investment Scheme in 2012 and is a founding director of the Fund's and the Scheme's manager, Anpero Capital Limited.
Rodney Birrell is a Director at The Wine Investment Fund
Rodney has an Arts degree in economics from Queen's University as well as two law degrees from McGill University, practised corporate and finance law in Bermuda for five years from 1988 and has, since 1993, been Managing Director of Bristol Limited, an asset management company.
Rodney holds or has held directorships in a number of international companies including Inter-Ocean Re-insurance Company and DHL Worldwide Limited and investment funds including funds organised by Macquarie Bank.
Rodney co-founded the Wine Investment Fund in 2003, The Wine Enterprise Investment Scheme in 2012 and is a founding director of the Fund's and the Scheme's manager, Anpero Capital Limited.
William Grey is an Investment Manager at The Wine Investment Fund
With over 20 years in the wine business, including as a shareholder and head of trading at John Armit Wines and before that broking at Fine and Rare Wines, William has the most extensive experience in maximising opportunities offered by fine wine as an asset class.
William has a great wealth of knowledge both as a trader and as a conduit to some of the finest investment grade chateaux in Bordeaux.

Lena Bruning is a Research and Marketing Manager at The Wine Investment Fund
Lena, a University of Exeter law graduate, also holds a Master of Science degree in International Management from the University of Exeter and previously worked as an associate on the trading floor at the Canadian investment bank Toronto Dominion Securities and at the financial market research provider Coleman Research where Lena developed key analytical and research skills as well as focusing on the delivery of consistently excellent client service.
Lena's deep interest in the world of wine is underpinned by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) level 2 Award in Wines attained in 2018 (currently awaiting results for the Level 3 award, completed in early 2020).
